First Course:

  • Moroccan Pork Dim Sum with Toasted Almond, Apricot Mostarda, and Fresh Mint
  • Paired with: Mint Tea Mojito

Second Course:

  • Roasted Mushroom Salad with Goat Cheese, Rosemary Crouton, and Bacon Vinaigrette
  • Paired with: Flag Hill White

  1. Coffee-Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Johnny Cake, Roasted Carrots, and Cherry Port Wine Reduction
    • Paired with: Marechal Foch
  2. Grilled Swordfish with Ratatouille Vegetables, Warm Spices, and Coconut Cucumber Sauce
    • Paired with: Vignoles
  3. Roasted Garlic Gnocchi with Bell Peppers, Sundried Tomatoes, and Herbed Cream Sauce

Fourth Course:

Event Details

Cost:
Tickets are $75 per person and include the 4-course dinner, wine or cocktail pairings, tax, and hospitality.

Reservation Information:

  • Provide your entrée choice and dietary restrictions at the time of reservation.
  • Reservations are accepted until capacity is reached.
  • Cancellations are permitted up to 7 days before the event. Late cancellations are subject to a $25 fee.

Arrival & Attire:

  • Arrive at 6:45 PM to enjoy a beverage from the cash bar.
  • Dress in business casual or nice jeans with a dress shirt or top for a polished look.

Additional Perks:
The Flag Hill gift store will be open at last call, offering an opportunity to purchase wines, spirits, or other products.
