Cost/Registration: $25. You must register by February 1st at 8am. GoodLife will email you the Zoom link the morning of the class.***This will be a LIVE class via Zoom! NOT an in-person class at GoodLife.***Regular exercise can help older adults stay independent and prevent many health problems that come with age. Tis Class combines stretching, flexibility, balance, low-impact aerobics, and strength training. This class is for beginner to intermediate level. This is a complete and varied full body workout. We will alternate between low-impact cardio work, and strengthening exercises, giving you improved cardiovascular fitness as well as improved strength. Each class will finish with a well-deserved stretch and relaxation time. Come kick off your week with us!
