Join us for our annual B.Y.O.D.C. Pond Skim on Saturday, April 6th, where participants can bring their own dry clothes and bravery for a day of fun and excitement.

Experience the thrill of attempting to cross our manmade pond at the base of the slopes, surrounded by cheering spectators and fellow adventurers. Whether you’re a seasoned water skier or a first-time pond skimmer, this event is open to all ages willing to take the plunge.

Put on your most eye-catching costume and showcase your style and flair as you navigate the waters. But beware – only those with the best water skiing skills will make it across dry! Don’t worry, though – if you end up taking an unexpected dip, your dry clothes will be waiting for you.

Prizes await the boldest participants, with awards for Best Cross, Best Splash, and Best Costume. So dress to impress and get ready to make a splash!

Registration online opens approximately one week prior to the event, with a limited number of participants allowed. Be sure to check back often for updates and secure your spot in this unforgettable competition.

Bib pick-up takes place from 9-11 a.m. in the foyer of the Historic Main Lodge, followed by the Pond Skim competition at 12 p.m. Awards will be presented half an hour after the competition ends, so stick around to celebrate your achievements.

And while you’re here, don’t miss out on the beer garden and BBQing outside the Stockade Lodge, starting at 11 a.m. It’s the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the springtime atmosphere.
