Birding Outing at Chase Wildlife Sanctuary

Location: Samuel Myron Chase Wildlife Sanctuary, Jewett Road, Hopkinton, NH 03229

Join us for a captivating birdwatching adventure as we explore the picturesque trails of the Chase Wildlife Sanctuary alongside local birder, Joe Mahoney. This informal outing is open to birders of all ages and skill levels.  This is perfect opportunity for newcomers to learn the basics or seasoned enthusiasts to exchange techniques and expertise.

Your ticket includes binocular rental, to help identify a diverse range of bird species in their natural habitat. Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather and wear sturdy shoes. Please anticipate walking between 1-2 miles over mostly flat, yet uneven, trails through grassy meadows and wooded landscapes. Please note that trails may become soggy or muddy during the rainy season.

To maintain the sanctuary’s peaceful environment and protect its inhabitants, we kindly ask that dogs are not brought to Audubon sanctuaries.
